Pepsi Bottling Ventures partnered with TSEC to craft their 2022 AOP meeting, a 1.5-day event that energized attendees while showcasing the year’s vision and achievements. Designed to unite the team in a high-energy atmosphere, the event utilized the nostalgic and empowering “Top Gun” theme to great effect.

The meeting opened with a memorable general session featuring a video cameo by a Tom Cruise lookalike, setting the tone for the “Flight School” experience. Speakers embraced the theme, sporting flight suits and bomber jackets, while custom staging and LED visuals brought the concept to life. The seamless flow of the event included a welcoming reception, an elegant awards dinner with transformed décor, and a lively after-party complete with themed music and a photo booth featuring jet-inspired backdrops.

The closing session celebrated attendees’ “graduation” from Flight School, with each participant receiving branded aviator pins to commemorate the experience. Attendees left motivated and connected, with the event receiving praise for its seamless execution and attention to detail.
