When Lenovo North America invited TSEC to collaborate on their prestigious annual Internal Sales Organization Kickoff (NA ISO KO), we knew this event would be nothing short of monumental. In 2024, Lenovo introduced a new biennial model for their kickoff, alternating between immersive in-person events and innovative hybrid formats. As the first in this cycle, the hybrid event not only marked the start of their fiscal year but also showcased Lenovo’s adaptability in meeting the evolving demands of their global and North America sales teams.

The pThe NA ISO KO is far more than just a sales meeting—it’s Lenovo’s blueprint for success. This event sets the tone for the fiscal year, where leadership delivers visionary messages and detailed strategic plans to energize and align the sales organization. It’s also a platform to honor high-performing individuals through inspiring awards ceremonies, including the prestigious President Club nominations, which motivate and foster a culture of excellence.
Initially, Lenovo planned for an in-person event, but as circumstances shifted, we worked closely with them to transition the event into a dynamic hybrid format. This transformation involved rethinking not only the logistics but also the entire attendee experience. We introduced virtual watch parties and social events, while simultaneously revamping the sponsorship strategy to maximize value in both the virtual and in-person spaces.
Broadcast from our state-of-the-art studio, the three-day event combined a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions, featuring 27 speakers and 19 sessions for a total of 2,347 attendees. TSEC ensured every detail was covered—from seamless registration on a custom-built website to creating an engaging virtual environment with gamification, social feeds, and sponsor profiles. Our attention to detail extended to meticulously managing pre-event rehearsals, resulting in a smooth, impactful execution enhanced by a breathtaking curved LED screen as the scenic centerpiece.
By expertly managing both the virtual and in-person components, TSEC successfully delivered a hybrid experience that resonated with attendees and sponsors alike.
