For the third year, TSEC partnered with Lenovo to deliver their North America Kickoff, a large-scale hybrid event experience designed to unite and energize sales and marketing teams ahead of the new financial year. Spanning live broadcasts, regional watch parties, training, wellness initiatives, and community engagement activities, the multi-day program connected thousands of attendees across North America through a single, seamless hybrid event experience that blended business strategy with culture and community.

TSEC, in partnership with its sister company, DRPG, delivered a fully integrated hybrid event ecosystem that combined broadcast-quality production with regional in-person engagement across North America. Alongside sponsorships, watch parties, and on-site event logistics, the program also included creative storytelling, live studio broadcasts, content development, post-production, and broadcast logistics to create a seamless experience for both virtual and in-person audiences.

At the center of the experience was the Global General Session and North America General Session, broadcast live from TSEC Studios. The program blended executive keynotes, strategic updates, awards, cinematic storytelling content, and live presenter transitions to create a polished, high-energy broadcast experience designed to keep audiences engaged throughout long-form programming.

To extend the experience beyond the screen, TSEC delivered six regional watch parties across Morrisville, Chicago, San Jose, Markham, Montreal and Whitsett. Multiple venues reached maximum capacity, creating high-energy shared viewing experiences that strengthened team connection and brought local audiences together while remaining part of the wider North America program.

Alongside the business content, the event also focused heavily on culture, wellbeing and community impact. Attendees participated in wellness initiatives, including the Pioneering Penguin Pace, a campus walk and run designed to encourage movement and networking, and the Denali Challenge, a collaborative VersaClimber activity where attendees worked together to climb the equivalent height of Denali mountain as one team. CSR activities with Wine To Water and Rise Against Hunger saw employees assemble water filters and pack thousands of meals for communities in need across the globe.
