campaign launch
Working with Elon University and our production partner, Creative Visions, we collaborated to orchestrate a memorable and impactful campaign launch event in April 2019 for Elon University’s $250 million fundraising initiative, Elon Leads. The celebration brought together a diverse group of constituents and effectively communicated the university’s vision through a dynamic, immersive program. The four key priorities—Graduates the World Needs, Engaged Learning, Mentors Who Matter and creating an Iconic Learning Environment—were thoughtfully showcased, with an emphasis on the students and their potential to create global impact.

The event’s design was particularly striking, making full use of the new athletic facility, Creative Visions brilliantly used large-scale projections and seven automated screens, allowing for an engaging experience that kept the audience captivated. The program featured 14 presenters and culminated with 75 students representing the university’s diversity, reinforcing a powerful symbol of Elon’s commitment to shaping future leaders.
The Elon Live! reception following the main event further strengthened the connection between the guests and the university’s goals, showcasing student accomplishments and aspirations within the four campaign themes. It’s remarkable that the campaign exceeded its fundraising goal, reaching $260 million. This is a testament to how well the event resonated with attendees and inspired their generosity.
