The TSEC team worked closely with ACI to develop a seamless strategy for the conference. We were responsible for the full design and branding of the event, ensuring that messaging aligned perfectly with ACI’s goals. This included producing all speaker content, videos and materials for the stage set, as well as managing the registration website and attendee collateral. From signage to workshop support materials, we handled every detail.  

One of the highlights was our redesign of the sponsor expo experience. We introduced modern booths with tech enhancements and soft seating, designed to foster engagement. To further encourage interaction between attendees and exhibitors, we incorporated app gamification and well-thought-out space management. 

In addition to overseeing the venue sourcing, keynote speakers, entertainment and transportation, we arranged unique off-site activities, including an exclusive evening aboard a 128-foot luxury yacht. We also managed sponsor, partner, and speaker logistics to ensure seamless fulfillment across the board. Through photography and video capture during the entire span of the multi-day event, we were able to provide our client with a variety of assets they could use beyond the life of the event, extending their ROI.

With a remarkable attendee evaluation score of 4.6 out of 5, the CARE conference was an undeniable success, delivering not only educational value but also fostering lasting connections among healthcare leaders and sponsors.
